Cherry Blossom spots,花見処

This is the first installment of a two-part series of this topic.
The Meteorological Agency said Saturday, March24, that Tokyo's flowering cherries were officially in full bloom. The announcement came 10 days earlier than usual and 9 days earlier than last year.
Chidorigafuchi Park (Chidorigafuchi Koen) is located in Chiyoda Ward, Tokyo and is a park managed by Chiyoda Ward. Also called Hanzomon Park.
In 1919 it opened as a part of the municipal reform project in the Meiji era. It is an elongated shape with about 450m in the north and south and about 20m in the east and west.
Chidorigafuchi area is famous as a cherry blossoming spot, and when the cherry blossom season comes, a lot of cherry blossom visitors come to Chidorigafuchi Park.
気象庁は324日(土)、東京の桜の開花が正式に満開になったと発表した。 この開花は、通常よりも10日早く、昨年より9日早くなった。
千鳥ヶ淵公園(ちどりがふちこうえん)は東京都千代田区に所在し、千代田区が管理する公園である。半蔵門公園とも呼ばれる。1919(大正8)年に明治期の市区改正事業の一環として開園した。南北約450m、東西約20mと細長い形をしており、千鳥ヶ淵一帯は桜の名所として有名で、桜の季節になると千鳥ヶ淵公園にも大勢の花見客が訪れる。
