African stonechat,Nobitaki,ノビタキ

I want to know which English name is correct for this bird. In the Wikipedia Japanese, it is described as Siberian stonechat, but in the same English, it is as African stonechat or Common stonechat. In addition, there is a description of just Stonechat,

but, all the scientific names are Saxicola torquata, and another name is not found.

However, the scientific name stated in the web page of Siberian stonechat is not Saxicola torquata but is described as Saxicola maurus.

Siberian stonechat is described as Saxicola torquata in that Japanese web page.

It breeds in central Eurasia and the west, and it migrates to the south in winter. You can see throughout the year in Southeast Asia and India etc. As a summer bird in Japan, it is migrated and bred to the north of central Honshu. It is seen at the time of the migration during spring-autumn to the south of the central Honshu. In the Yaeyama Islands, a few are  overwintering.(quote from Wikipedia Japanese)
