I was born here in Abiko city and grew up. So, I have been living for 74years.

Short-eared owl

Coming of 2 or 3 group  short-eared owl to this district is the middle of about DEC. They begins to looking for  a field mouse and a mole for a target from around about 15 o'clock. They  don't eat the captured small mammals immediately, hide it in the one of the grass and eat in the evening.

Almost all people that take the photograph of Mt. Fuji calls the view by which the sun is setting in mountain top exceeding in Mt. Fuji means diamond Fuji.

It's 130 km away from my residence Abiko-shi to Mt. Fuji, but January 22 is the day which to be seen diamond Fuji.

I think it's possible to show you diamond Fuji if the weather in the evening on this 22nd is fine.

 

The reason why the sun does not shine like a diamond is that I attached a circularly-polarized filter to a lens.
