in Abiko-city in where is I live was held on 19th, but the night program which
is main pillar was canceled due to a thunderstorm.
Such events are held ten times a year in
Abiko City, but the operating expenses are derived from the residents'
association and by the donation of the companies and shops in the area.
There are 186 community associations in
Abiko City, and the resident’s association is managed by the membership fee of
the constituent members and the subsidy of the city.
