Bird Festival 2016, which is the only one festival for bird-related in Japan,

What is Japan Bird Festival?
Japan Bird Festival (JBF) is Japan's largest birdwatching fair
held annually at Lake Teganuma in Abiko City, Chiba, in the north suburbs of
Tokyo. Intended for the young and the old, for birdwatchers and
non-birdwatchers alike, the event spans everything to do with birds!
Conservation projects tents stand side by side with children's handicraft
class, bird carving and painting exhibits are enjoyed indoors while on-board
birding attracts multitude of birders on the lake surface, and on and on.（This
bird ｆesta begins in 2001.）
