The first day of autumn,Risshu,立秋

Yesterday, August 7 was the risshu that the first day of autumn opening, shows the hottest day on the Japanese traditional calendar.

When I feel an autumn sign, I always remember this tanka.

Akikonuto menihasayakani mienedomo kazenootonizo odorokasarenuru

One phrase of a famous 31-syllable Japanese poem from Kokinnwakasyu、古今和歌集（published in 905）by Hujiwara no Toshiyuki.

About an English meaning

Though I did not see it to eyes clearly, I couldn't help noticing, "autumn came." by a sound of the wind suddenly

秋が来たと、目にははっきり見えないけれども、風の音で、はっと気づかずにはいられなかった
