The different individual of Brown-eared bulbul

The brown-eared bulbul is common in a very large range that includes the Russian Far East (including Sakhalin), northeastern China, the Korean Peninsula, and Japan, south to Taiwan and the Babuyan and Batanes island chains in the north of the Philippines. (Wikipedia)

The following is concerning about white individual of the brown-eared bulbul.

The other day, a white bird found by a friend who lives in the neighboring prefecture is a resident and wandering bird in Japan, and it is a wild bird named Brown-eared bulbul in English.

This bird is grey-black and brown as the name suggests.

But, the first time I saw this white bird, I thought it was an albino.

However, if you look closely at the images taken, the eyes are red that are characteristic of Albino are not red and the pupils are not transparent.

According to Wikipedia, ｗhitening is said to be caused by recessive inheritance and have a different inheritance from albino and differ in developmental mechanisms and related pigments.                                                  a                                                         a normal  one

Smew,ミコアイサ

Several kind of  migratory birds has observed as just like last year in this year in Teganuma (swamp) ,where  near to my residence. Among them, I love Smew that is called as "panda duck" in Japan.

It breeds in taiga in the Eurasian subarctic region, and in winter, it overwinters in southward down to Europe, the Black Sea, the Caspian Sea, northern India, and the eastern part of the People's Republic of China. In Japan, in winter, they come to fly to the north of Kyushu for overwintering (winter birds), and in Hokkaido, a small number of birds breed. (Cited from Wikipedia described in Japanese)

Daurian redstart、ジョウビタキ

It breeds from Tibet in northeastern China, Primorye, and around Baikal. During the non-breeding season, it migrates to Japan, southern China, and northern Indochina, and overwinters.In Japan, they come over across the country as winter birds.In Korea,it is a resident bird. Common Kestrel,チョウゲンボウ

Common Kestrel comes to Japan as a winter bird and is divided into individuals that remain in the breeding area and individuals that move to the warmer areas.（Wikipedia sources described in Japanese Common Kestrel）

It is observed daily in this area from around October.

This is the first time that I observed common kestrel different in color of the feather.

I have been conducted a Web search about this type of Common Kestrel,but not found any name.
