A female Narcissus flycatcher.

 I requested the Yamashina Institute for Ornithology in the city to determine if this was a female Siberian flycatcher or a female Narcissus Flycatcher, but I have not been contacted yet.

I have come to the conclusion that this is a female Narcissus flycatcher. 

Red spider lily

 Called as higanbana in Japan, these flowers come in three colors: red, white, and yellow, and are in full bloom by October.

Higanbana  literally means "flower of higan (Buddhist holiday around the autumnal equinox.) 

Non title

 Even though already autumn, the weather on the Japanese mainland this year, where autumn and summer come and go, why is this so? Also, mycoplasma pneumonia is reported to be more common this year. It is said that it is difficult to distinguish it from ordinary colds.
